Diamond Drilling
We carry out hole forming through a variety of materials ranging from tile, brick and block, stone and reinforced concrete. From 10mm in diameter up to 1000mm. Any hole of any shape can be formed using a stitch drilling method.

From road sawing to provide trenching for services, to forming floor chases to accommodate cable and pipework to offices and industrial units.
We use this method to remove concrete, block or any other substrate where noise or vibration could cause an issue. It is particularly useful in difficult to reach areas or sensitive environments.
As with our crunching method, bursting is used to fracture concrete up to a depth of 1.0M in areas or environments of sensitivity where the use of heavy breaking and vibrating tools cannot be used, enabling easier removal of debris.
Our fixed rail sawing method is perfectly suited to forming openings of any size and shape. Window and door apertures, lift shafts, and just about anywhere large areas of material need to be removed. All machinery is 3 phase electrically powered and non-vibrating, ideal for all environments.
Often used by clients to determine the depth, structural integrity and condition of concrete floors and walls prior to construction or demolition. Southern Chasing can also reinstate the hole if required once the core sample is taken.
